PEAK SEASONS ARE ALL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND LONG WEEKENDS.
MINIMUM BOOKING PERIODS APPLY TO ALL WEEKENDS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

Refund policy
|
The policy is as follows:-
- Please note NO REFUND is given if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival date.
- If you give more than 30 days notice we will refund your deposit less 20% cancellation fee.
- We DO NOT give refunds if you decide to cut short your reservation or holiday.
- No refunds for bad weather.

Dog Policy
- If you are travelling with your own accommodation, you are welcome to bring your dogs with you.
- Absolutely NO PETS allowed inside or on the verandahs of any on-site accommodation.
- There is a $20.00 bond per dog, payable on arrival, and is refunded back upon your departure.
