Dog Policy

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS DURING ANY PEAK SEASONS- All school holidays and long weekends.
Pets ONLY ALLOWED in Off-Peak Seasons and in CAMPING SITES ONLY.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS in or around on-site Accommodation
$20.00 bond applies to all pets if accepted.

Refund Policy

The policy is as follows:-

Please note NO REFUND is given if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival date.
If you give more than 30 days notice we will refund your deposit less 20% cancellation fee.
We DO NOT give refunds if you decide to cut short your reservation or holiday.
No refunds for bad weather.
